At Ann's Sweet Grace, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our baked goods, we can only offer refunds or returns in specific situations outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Our policy allows for refund requests to be initiated within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or returns.
- To qualify for a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns
- Contact us first: Please do not send any items back to us unless instructed to do so. Reach out to us via email or phone to explain the issue with your purchase.
- Approval required: Once we review your request, we will determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Notification: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approval or rejection: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
- Payment method: Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been partially consumed, improperly stored, or damaged after purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable for custom orders unless there was an error on our part.
